Congratulations on the purchase of your Stride Gym Travel Kit! 

In this video series we will inventory, inspect, and assemble the travel kit. You'll learn how to attach your band to the door, along with understanding the most optimal training range for your workouts. These educational videos are extremely important so DO NOT skip over them.  Get ready, your Stride Gym journey starts now!

Step #1 - Assembly

Understanding your tools is vital part of your fitness journey.  In this video we will inventory your kit and learn how to assemble it.

Step #2 - Anchoring

In this video you will learn how to properly attach your Travel Band to the door.

Step #3 - Optimal Training Length

In this video you will learn the most optimal training range when working out with your Stride Gym Travel Kit.

TRAVEL KIT WORKOUTS

Workout #1

This is your first workout using your Stride Gym Travel Kit. In this video Ruben will guide you through a Total-Body workout. Take your time and focus on quality in each movement. This will be the building blocks to more challenging workouts to come. Once you complete WORKOUT #1 proceed to #2 and #3.

Workout #2

This is your 2nd workout using your Travel Kit band. In this video Ruben will guide you through a Total-Body workout. Take your time and focus on the quality of each movement. Get ready to train! Once you complete #2 proceed to WORKOUT #3.

Workout #3

This is your 3rd workout using your Travel Kit band. In this video Ruben will take you through the last session for the week. When combined with #1 and #2 your whole body is on the path to fitness!
